What we believe
A denial usually means the wrong building, not the wrong renter
Many of the people who reach out to us have already paid for at least one application that went nowhere. Often the renter was fine. The community's rules just didn't fit their record, and nobody said so before the fee cleared.
So we change the order. We learn your situation first, compare it with what we've learned about each community's screening, and only then point you somewhere to apply.

You get one licensed agent who knows your situation. The rest of us handle research, intake, and paperwork behind that agent, so your search never waits on one person's calendar.

A Texas real estate agent under Spirit Real Estate Group. Your agent goes over your file with you, builds your list, and stays your contact from the first call to the day you sign a lease.
Criteria research
We talk with leasing agents and property managers around Tarrant County every day. We ask how far back they look, how they handle a balance, what income they count, and which guarantor programs they take, then we add it to our database.
Intake
Your first call, text, or form lands here. We write down what matters: filing dates, how each case ended, balances, and where your income comes from. Got a court date coming up? Tell us, and you go straight to an agent.
Application support
We help with letters of explanation, the documents a property will ask for, and guarantor program applications. If an application comes back denied, we go over it with you and work out the next move.
Who stands behind the work
Every agent on our team holds a Texas real estate license and works under Spirit Real Estate Group (TREC #562021), with Bryan Bjerke as designated broker. If something goes wrong, there's a broker who answers for our advice and a state agency you can take a complaint to.
